The sub-module maps the porcine cCRE catalog generated in our study to the latest human cCRE catalog derived from the ENCODE4 project. Specifically, this sub-module delineates one-to-one orthologous relationships between porcine and human cCREs based on the Interspecies Point Projection (IPP) algorithm, which encompasses both direct conservation (DC) and indirect conservation (IC) types. Additionally, users can utilize the provided Human cCRE IDs to query detailed annotations of the corresponding human regulatory elements directly through the official ENCODE SCREEN portal (https://screen.wenglab.org/).
