Loop(cross pig-human)

The sub-module integrates porcine chromatin loops identified in our study with human chromatin loops retrieved from the EXPRESSO database (https://expresso.sustech.edu.cn/). A chromatin loop is defined as a one-to-one homologous loop between pigs and humans only when both of its anchor regions exhibit one-to-one conservation based on Interspecies Point Projection (IPP) scores. Additionally, this sub-module provides an "IPP Avg Score", which reflects the average IPP conservation score of the two corresponding anchor regions for each homologous loop.
